Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may experience delays of up to 24 hours depending on bank processing times. g2000m is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification requirements. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the Account holder's name matching the name on the g2000m Account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
g2000m reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Refusal to provide requested information will result in withdrawal denial.
g2000m maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts used solely for deposit and withdrawal without gaming activity will be flagged for investigation and may be closed.

All sports bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of abandoned matches, postponements, or technical issues, g2000m reserves the right to void bets or apply sport-specific settlement rules as published on the Website.
g2000m reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any Player at any time without providing justification. Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and are specified in the betting interface.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g2000m's total liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or use of Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. g2000m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting g2000m customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
g2000m reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other reason determined by g2000m in its sole discretion.
Upon termination for breach, g2000m reserves the right to confiscate all funds and winnings in the Account. In cases of termination not related to breach, any remaining Account balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. g2000m reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. Players will be notified via registered email before inactive Account fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to g2000m's operating jurisdiction. To the extent permissible by law, Indonesian law shall apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or use of g2000m Services must be filed within six (6) months of the date the cause of action arose. Failure to file within this period shall result in permanent waiver of such claim.
